VARSITY CHEERLEADING
Practices will begin Monday, July 28th, Tuesday, July 29th, and Thursday, July 31st from 3:30-5:00. Also, any 9th -12th grade girls interested in trying out for Varsity Cheerleading, please attend Monday's practice (7/28).

JH Soccer try-outs will be held on Friday, August 1 at 5:30pm,Saturday, August 2 at 10:00am, and Monday, August 4 at 5:30pm.
CROSS COUNTRY
Tryouts will be July 28th and July 29th
Cross country workouts Monday and Fridays, 4:00 PM in front of the gym.
Workouts are a combination of weight training, cardio, and core strengthening.
VOLLEYBALL
Junior High Volleyball Workouts - (grades 6-8) with Coach Blackwell 6:30pm-8:00pm
Open Gym - Tuesday Nights May 27, June 3rd, June 24, July 1st, and July 15th
Workouts will cover fundamentals and game experience. Workouts are not required
for tryouts next year. Tryouts will be held Monday, August 11th and Tues. Aug. 12th.
Times for Tryouts will be 5:00-7:00.

Volleyball Tryouts
9th-12th grade tryouts for Volleyball will be July 29 from 6:00-8:00pm and July 30 from 10:00am-12:00. 9th and 10th graders not chosen for Varsity will have JV tryouts July 31 from 5:00-7:00pm.

JV/VARSITY GIRLS BASKETBALL WORKOUTS (GRADES 9-12)
Open Gym on Monday nights 6:00-8:00 beginning on June 2nd.
VARSITY BOYS BASKETBALL WORKOUTS (Grades 9-12)
Open Gym - Every Monday beginning June 16th - 4:30pm - 6:00pm
